Kellie Maxcy is the Founder and Executive Producer of Charlie Grey Events, a white-glove event planning and production firm specializing in corporate events, nonprofit galas, executive retreats, conferences, and luxury celebrations.
With over a decade of experience, she is known for her calm leadership, strategic mindset, and meticulous attention to detail. Kellie believes exceptional events are built on genuine relationships, thoughtful planning, and meaningful guest experiences—not just beautiful décor. She remains personally involved with every client, leading creative direction and ensuring each event reflects its unique goals and vision.
Outside of events, Kellie is a wife, mother of three, and an entrepreneur who finds inspiration in travel, gardening, discovering unique destinations, and making memories with her family. Her passion for creating experiences that leave lasting impressions is the foundation of Charlie Grey Events.
Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth Donaghey, our Lead Planner and Designer, is a recent graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned her degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. During her time at MTSU, she interned with Charlie Grey Events, gaining valuable hands-on experience in event planning, design, and production.
Elizabeth has always had a passion for bringing people together through thoughtfully designed events. She takes pride in her attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Elizabeth is committed to ensuring every event is executed with care and intention.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys trying new recipes, decorating her home, and spending time with her fiancé and their two pugs, Phoebe and Teddy.
