Charlie Grey Events specializes in corporate events, private client celebrations, brand experiences, and destination gatherings. We plan everything from multi-day conferences, awards dinners, and client retreats to luxury birthday parties and intimate celebrations.
📍 Are you based in Nashville, and do you travel?
Yes! We are proudly based in Nashville, TN, and regularly plan events throughout Middle Tennessee and the Southeastern U.S. We also work with clients traveling to Nashville from out of state or internationally, and can coordinate destination events or corporate travel experiences as needed.

Yes, we are a full-service planning and design firm. That means we handle:

We offer both! Custom event design is one of our specialties. We work with you (and our trusted creative partners) to develop a cohesive event aesthetic, including:

📅 How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for large-scale corporate events or private parties. For smaller events or travel-related services, we may be able to accommodate a shorter timeline based on availability.
💌 Do you offer travel planning services?
Yes! We offer group travel planning for corporate retreats, team getaways, and event guest accommodations. We handle hotel blocks, rooming lists, itinerary planning, and on-site transportation to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.
💳 What does your pricing look like?
Our pricing varies based on the scope of the event. For corporate clients, we typically charge a percentage of the total event budget with a minimum fee. Once we learn more about your event, we’ll send a custom proposal.
Private events and destination experiences start at $4,500 for full-service planning.
